Coaching Agreement (Universal Terms & Conditions)

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Dandan Zhu (“Coach”) provides coaching services to any individual or entity (“Client”) who submits payment for such services. By making payment for any coaching session, program, or package, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in full.

1. Coaching Services & Payment Terms

Coaching services may include but are not limited to:

• Recruitment coaching: Agency recruitment strategies, headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, executive search techniques.

• Business coaching: Client acquisition, team-building, MPC sales, branding, and scaling operations.

• Career coaching: Job search strategy, career transitions, resume/LinkedIn, personal branding, offer negotiation.

• Personal finance coaching: Budgeting, money mindset, managing income vs. expenses, real estate/equity/savings strategy.

Fees are due in full prior to the start of any coaching session or program, as specified on the invoice provided by the Coach. No coaching session will be scheduled or delivered until payment is received.

2. Ongoing and Additional Sessions

If additional coaching sessions are purchased beyond an initial engagement—whether one-time, monthly, or ongoing—the terms of this Agreement will continue to apply automatically unless otherwise modified in writing by the Coach.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal/financial/tax advice.

• Coaching is a professional relationship designed to offer strategic insight, accountability, and performance guidance.

• The Coach makes no guarantees about specific outcomes such as job offers, revenue growth, or career advancement.

4. Confidentiality & Communication

• All personal or professional information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, unless required by law.

• The Coach agrees to conduct sessions with professionalism, honesty, and respect.

• The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and raise concerns if the coaching is not meeting expectations.

5. Refunds, Liability & Client Responsibility

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• The Client understands that success is contingent upon their own effort, follow-through, and decision-making.

• The Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the application or misapplication of coaching strategies.

• By submitting payment, the Client waives any right to refunds, damages, or chargebacks.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Coach and Client. Any prior verbal or written agreements are superseded by this document.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By paying any invoice or coaching fee, the Client confirms acceptance of this Coaching Agreement. No separate signature or contract is required. These terms are binding upon payment and remain in effect for the duration of the coaching relationship.
